🏗 Grading, Excavation & Site Preparation
Whether you need a building pad, a camper site, a level yard, or a driveway reshaped, we have the equipment to get the ground where it needs to be. We handle everything from small backyard grading to large-scale land preparation for construction.
How the process works when you call:
Step 1 — I ask whether there is enough room for a Bobcat or track loader to access the area. Equipment access determines which machines I can bring and affects the job approach.
Step 2 — I ask how much area needs to be graded and where you want the extra dirt to go — built up somewhere on your property, spread out, or hauled away completely.
Step 3 — I ask whether you need sifted fill dirt added to the area to bring it up to the right level.
Step 4 — I ask whether you want the area seeded after grading — if you need grass to grow back, we account for that in the plan.
Most grading jobs are completed in a single day.
🛣 Driveway Grading & Gravel Spreading
A well-graded gravel driveway sheds water properly and holds up through Arkansas mud season. We grade the base, spread gravel evenly, and compact it for a result that lasts.

Need more trucks? The labor charge increases with additional loads, but it does not double per truck — longer driveways get more value per truck of material.

🏗 Site Clearing & Pad Preparation
Need land cleared for a shipping container, shed, RV, camper, or new structure? We cut through overgrowth, remove brush and debris, and grade the ground flat and level so your pad is ready to use. 🛥 Pond Repair & Maintenance
Farm ponds are valuable. A leaking or silted-up pond costs you water, wildlife habitat, and livestock access. We specialize in restoring farm ponds across rural Arkansas — sealing leaks, repairing embankments, and cleaning out years of accumulated silt and debris.
We bring heavy tracked equipment that is designed to work in mud and wet conditions. Where other machines get stuck, ours keep moving. Whether your pond needs a full cleanout or just embankment work, we assess the situation honestly and give you a straightforward plan.

🏠 Demolition & Structure Removal
If it is standing and you want it gone, we can take it down. We demolish and completely remove any structure — old garages, barns, houses, outbuildings, sheds, above-ground pools, in-ground concrete pool structures, and any other deteriorating or unwanted building on your property. No job is too small or too big.
Once the structure is down, we clean up every bit of debris and haul it completely off your property. You are left with a clean, level, usable site — not a pile of rubble. Whether you want the area graded flat afterward or prepared for a new structure, we handle it all in one visit when possible.
We also have trailers specifically for hauling away unwanted junk — equipment, scrap, old materials, or anything else cluttering your land. If you have something you need gone, we can load it up and dispose of it properly.

🌳 Tree Removal & Storm Cleanup
Tree work is one of the most hazard-sensitive jobs we do, and we take it seriously. We remove dangerous trees, clear fallen trees from structures after storms, and excavate massive stumps and root balls that other services leave behind.
How the process works when you call about a tree:
First question — Are there any homes, garages, structures, fences, or power lines near the tree? The proximity of the tree to structures is the single biggest factor in price and difficulty. The closer the tree is to something that can be damaged, the more careful and time-intensive the work is.
Second question — What do you want done with the remains of the tree? Hauled completely off your property, or left on the land for firewood or other use? Hauling adds cost; leaving the wood on site reduces it. You decide.
Third — Size and condition of the tree. A large, dead tree near a fence is a very different job from a healthy tree in an open field.
For storm damage, we have experience carefully removing trees that have landed on roofs, sheds, fences, and outbuildings — using tracked excavators to lift and clear without causing additional damage to the structure.
